Sometimes people are too busy to get to a class regularly or may want a session which very specifically addresses certain issues or goals. I can come to you whether it's your home or work space and I teach individuals, partners and friends (this is often just an excuse for getting together for a coffee and cake after - fair enough!)

 

I will bring a roller, bands, weights, whatever we need. You just need to provide the space.

 

A 1-1 is useful even if you want one or two sessions to get a very good grounding in Pilates basics or you want a routine created just for you that you can follow in your own time.
